These Terms of Service govern your use of the idesy.agency website. They are written to be read, so we have kept them short and plain. If anything is unclear, ask us.
1. Acceptance of terms
By visiting or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.
2. About iDesy and our services
iDesy is a design studio founded in 2022. We create UX/UI design for online casinos and sportsbooks. Our team works remotely from Kyiv, Ukraine, and we work with clients worldwide.
The services, case studies and examples shown on this site describe what we do and give you an idea of our approach. They are not a binding offer. Any actual project is agreed separately: scope, timeline, price, deliverables and other conditions are set in a written agreement or confirmed proposal between iDesy and the client. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement wins for that project.
The site itself is informational. It has no user accounts, no online store and no payments.
3. Intellectual property
Site content
The content of this website, including text, graphics, layouts, logos, the iDesy name and the design of the site, belongs to iDesy or is used with permission of its owners. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, sell or build derivative works from our content without our written permission.
Client work
Ownership and usage rights for design work created for clients are governed by the individual agreement with each client, not by these Terms. Projects shown in our portfolio are displayed with the client’s knowledge or are based on materials we are entitled to show. Trademarks, brand names and logos of clients and third parties that appear on the site belong to their respective owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement.
Your messages
If you send us ideas, briefs or materials through the contact form, you keep your rights to them. You allow us to use them only to respond to you and to evaluate a possible project, as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. User conduct
When using the site, you agree not to:
- break the law or violate the rights of others;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or related systems;
- introduce malware, or disrupt or overload the site, including with automated or abusive traffic;
- use the contact form to send spam, fraudulent, offensive or misleading messages;
- scrape or copy the site at scale, or present our work as your own;
- impersonate another person or company.
We may block access or ignore messages that break these rules.
5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that the information on it is complete, current or error-free, that the site will always be available or free of interruptions, or that it is suitable for your particular purpose. Nothing on the site is professional legal, financial or gambling-regulatory advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iDesy is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profit, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the site. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for fraud or intentional wrongdoing.
Liability for actual client projects is governed by the agreement for that project.
6. Third-party links and services
The site contains links to, and embeds from, third parties, for example Calendly for booking calls, and social media and messaging platforms such as Telegram. These services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Using them is at your own discretion.
The site also uses Google Analytics to measure traffic, as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and changes to the site
We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site, including pages, content and features, at any time and without notice.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where iDesy operates. We would always prefer to settle a disagreement by talking first, so please contact us before taking any formal step. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled by the competent courts of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to use a different forum. Individual client agreements may specify their own governing law and dispute procedure.
9. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. If we do not enforce a right at some point, that does not mean we have given it up.

11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Changes take effect when they are published on this page. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with a change, please stop using the site.
