Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data iDesy (idesy.agency) collects when you visit our website or get in touch with us, why we collect it, and what control you have over it. We are a small remote design studio for iGaming, and we keep our data practices simple: we collect only what we need to answer you and to understand how the site is used.

1. Who we are

iDesy is a design studio founded in 2022 that creates UX/UI for online casinos and sportsbooks. Our team works remotely from Kyiv, Ukraine, and serves clients worldwide. For the purposes of this policy, iDesy is the controller of the personal data described below.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact forms

When you send us a message through a contact form, we collect the information you enter:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • the content of your message.

We use this only to read your request and reply to you. The message is delivered to our company email and is also forwarded to a private Telegram chat, so that we can respond faster.

Analytics data

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how people arrive, what device and browser they use, and roughly which country they are in. This data is statistical and is not used to identify you personally. Analytics may set cookies in your browser (see the Cookies section below).

Performance data

To make the site load quickly, we use the WP Rocket caching plugin. It may store technical cookies or similar data in your browser. These are not used to track you.

Scheduling

If you book a call through our embedded Calendly widget, the details you enter there (such as your name, email and chosen time) are collected and processed by Calendly under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details so that we can hold the meeting.

What we do not collect

The site has no user accounts, no online payments and no newsletter subscription. We do not ask for payment card data, and we do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data. Please do not include sensitive information in your messages.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to your inquiries and discuss possible projects.
  • To schedule and hold meetings you request.
  • To understand how the site is used and to improve its content, structure and performance.
  • To keep the site secure and working properly.

Under the GDPR, our legal bases are: taking steps at your request before a possible contract (for form messages and bookings), our legitimate interest in running and improving the site (for analytics and performance), and your consent where it is required, for example for non-essential cookies.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds:

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may load more slowly.

5. Third parties

We share data only with services that help us operate the site and communicate with you:

  • Google Analytics, provided by Google. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • Calendly, for scheduling. See the Calendly Privacy Policy.
  • Telegram, which we use internally to receive notifications about form messages. See the Telegram Privacy Policy.
  • Our email and hosting providers, which process data on our behalf in order to deliver messages and serve the site.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, the transfer is governed by the provider’s own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or similar mechanisms. We do not control those arrangements, so please read the providers’ policies if this matters to you.

6. Data retention

  • Form submissions and emails are kept for as long as they are useful for our business: while we discuss a project, while we work together, and afterwards for record-keeping. If a conversation leads nowhere, we may delete it. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
  • Google Analytics 4 data is kept according to the retention settings configured in our Google Analytics account and Google’s own policies.
  • Calendly data is kept according to Calendly’s policy and our account settings.

7. Your rights

If the GDPR applies to you, you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • erase your data, when we no longer have a good reason to keep it;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • receive your data in a portable format (portability);
  • withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

To use any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will reply within a reasonable time, normally within one month, and may need to confirm your identity first. If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the data we hold, such as limiting access to our team and using reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our services are intended for businesses. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

10. Contact for privacy questions

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If we make significant changes, we will make that clear on the site. By continuing to use the site after an update, you accept the revised policy.
